Kekkai Genkai/Bloodline Description:  

Magnet Release (磁遁, Jiton, Viz: Magnet Style) is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai suggested to be made up of techniques that mix wind and earth-based chakra[Notes 1] to create magnetic forces in different properties and usages.

Magnet Release has been demonstrated to be executed in a number of creative ways, but the singular ability they are based off of is the ability to create magnetic forces. This ability is shown to not be limited to magnetic materials, this being demonstrated by the Fourth Kazekage, Rasa, who utilizes the non-magnetic material of Gold.

Beyond creation of magnetic forces, the users of Jiton have demonstrated the ability to manipulate items they have magnetized with their chakra. This manipulation of objects that are magnetized is where the offensive capabilities come into play, though the user can be efficient in combat with creating positive and negative magnetic forces alone. It's a very creative release and most users utilize a weapon or material of sorts to compliment their abilities. While humans can be magnetized, they are not able to have their body/frame manipulated selectively by Jiton, this being an OOC limitation and not an IC limitation to their abilities.

When it comes to manipulation of a medium like sand, gold dust, iron sand, etc, the user should be sure to remember that these substances are noted to be chakra infused when used in canon to have the power they have and be easily manipulatable by the user. This is not to say substances not chakra infused can be manipulated, but when materials not chakra infused are attempted to be manipulated their potency is dropped by a letter rank in power. This is only in regards to things like Gold, Dust, Sand, and Iron Sand, and obviously wouldn't effect something like a kunai.

Just so were clear. The mention of the villages don't fit here since villages don't exist. Its a minor fix, but I rather them not mentioned least it cause confusion for someone seeking to join your bloodline down the line.

Also you have to provide a valid reason for having the chakra increase. Even if its obvious, its detail that must be explained. I will leave that up to you.

Other than that your good. I will stamp it once we have a bit more clarification.

Also removed the 10% chakra. I really only added it just because and cant think of a legitimate reason other than the clan being ninjutsu whores.

Only one thing, items not infused with chakra need to be less accurate (projectiles and such) and be aware that a weapon thrown with more force than your able to control (varies depending on the bukijutsu users ability) you may only be able to divert or slow it not stop. I believe a jutsu should be made for the use of manipulation (add a sustain cost). Might have been more than one.

Yea there will be jutsu required for any type of magnetic repulsion or attractions or general control. I simply left to that information to the jutsu themselve since thats where the most detail will be required anyway.
