Kekkai Genkai/Bloodline Description:

Dust Release (塵遁, Jinton, Viz: Particle Style) is a combined nature transformation kekkei tōta, an advanced version of kekkei genkai, made up of techniques that mix earth, wind, and fire-based chakra to create pulverising force. The techniques of this nature initially form as a small three-dimensional object (e.g. a cube, a cone, etc.) composed of chakra that forms between the user's hands. When the technique is released, the form expands and surrounds the target. This nature allows the user to manipulate molecules, giving them the ability to disintegrate anything on a molecular level within the boundaries of the three-dimensional form.

Dust Release enables a person to fight off any number of enemies, provided there is no one strong enough to pose a threat to the user, meaning the only one to fight a Dust Release user is with quality, preferably another Dust Release user, not quantity. However, one disadvantage is that Dust Release techniques seem to be rather chakra-taxing.

Dust Release techniques seem to require a certain amount of time when preparing the three-dimensional object, making it possible to prematurely halt the technique before it is completed, but once it's finished, the technique can be fired with astonishing speed. The hands also play a crucial role in preparation of techniques, interfering with the user's arms can hinder the technique.

Kekkai Genkai/Bloodline Ability:

 Dust Release (塵遁, Jinton, Viz: Particle Style) is a combined nature transformation kekkei tōta, an advanced version of kekkei genkai, made up of techniques that mix earth, wind, and fire-based chakra to create pulverising force. This nature allows the user to manipulate molecules, giving them the ability to disintegrate anything on a molecular level within the boundaries of the three-dimensional form.

As per site requirements Only 2 Elements can be obtained by one character and then 1 Additional Advanced Element. User's are required to Choose 2 elements, (example Fire + Wind, Wind + Earth or Earth or Fire). The third element needs to be purchased and doubles as the advanced element purchase. However the user is unable to use the third element. For example the User purchases Fire and Wind Element as their Primary. The Third Element Earth Jutsu can be purchased but will not be able to be used individually.

"Though this release does turn everything it touches into nothing but minute dust, it does not turn players into it however. Depending on the Rank of the Jutsu the players will feel major fatigue as if they had used chakra (they still however have their chakra). They will move slower, be weaker as their body would have partially disintegrated. "

"The Clan has a Limit 3 Total S-rank Jutsus to be learnt only. "

Special Characteristics:

[Elite] -  The Bloodline allows for the moulding and union of 3 different elements into one thus creating a new and powerful Element that breaks down most objects into nothing but dust.


3 - Points Positive.

Flaws:

[Super]
- All High ranking Jutsus ( A-S) take at Least 1 Post To Charge. Not Moulding the Chakra but to Charge. This means that the user cannot switch Jutsus. Though they can freely move around the Jutsu user must maintain a Hand Seal or Shape specific to said Jutsu. An example would be holding a square shape with the hands.

[Average] - The Large Area of Effect also does not make it Ideal to use around allies or in civilian areas as the Jutsu does not discriminate from friends or foe.

[Elite] - Chakra reductions from Combat Styles or any other form of reduction do not fully benefit the user. Only half the reduction costs benefits the users. For Example if 50% chakra reduction is given. They only benefit from half of that hence only 25% will be deducted. In accordance to the Site's Fatigue System, One S-rank Jinton Release would result in Higher Fatigue.


[Average] - Due to the High-taxing nature of this Style the user's body physically starts to feel the toll of it. For 3 Posts the User loses the Ability to Use A-rank and Jutsu above. This limits them to use B-rank and below.

[Average] - During the above cool down period the Jutsu user is unable to use the Jinton Release Style.


[Average] - In accordance with the Recovery System, if the User has used the Jinton System they require double the Waiting period to recover back to 100%. If a 24 Hour period of recovery was required 48 hours would be needed to recover.

[Average] - Their body loses the ability to mould chakra that is not of their base nature for 3 posts. This means that the user can only use their First Element that was purchased or trained.

5 Points Negative.


Requirements:

Fire Element + Wind Element + Earth Element.
Ninjutsu Mastery.

350 NAPS or 800 Words are required to Sync the 2 of 3 Elements. For example Fire and Wind Will need to be done.
500 Naps or 1500 Words are required to Sync the last Element to the remainder Element.
Once the Above two us done, the Jinton Release is allowed to be used.

Perks

Elite] - The Jutsu covers a Large Area and is able to fight multiple Enemies.
~This is a description of results from an attack, not a perk. An A Rank water jutsu could hit multiple enemies. When it comes to bloodline perks it revolves around physical changes (both internal and external). A proper perk would describe your having 3 base elements instead of two. A flaw would describe what is taken away because of this. The two gotta kinda have a yin and yang balance to it.

[Elite] - The Destruction Capabilities is Top Tier as it reduces everything within its Area of Effect to nothing but Dust.
~Same thing. This is details I would expect to see in a jutsu. Also range is a missing detail if this were to be considered a perk, its not but if it were putting a range would definitely be a requirement.

I will ask that this clan be given this very specific flaw, only inanimate objects are reduced on to nothing. Unless you can give me a veeeeeerrrry good flaw as to why you should keep the auto-kill, people and living things with flowing chakra are safe. Damage is still damage, but disintegrating people (unless they are dead I.e. no chakra flow) is a no go.


Flaws
When you make a flaw, I need you to really consider if the flaw can be negated or changed in any ic. If so, its not valid. Flaws and perks cannot be changed ic at all for any reason. Its like having one eye, or being mute, or even having geographical knowledge. Friendly fire possibility isn't a flaw because you can control it by firing carefully.

From what I can tell that flaw is the only issue. I will double check after edits.

There are already many flaws that I can't change. Only thing that I could get around would be, Firing carefully and maybe getting something that allows me to have more chakra reduction but the flaw also takes away from that as well. Ill change the Perks as well.

Made some changes. Removed 1 Elite Perk, Remade First Elite Perk.

Removed 1 Elite Flaw.

3 Perk to 7 Flaws

I will ask that this clan be given this very specific flaw, only inanimate objects are reduced on to nothing. Unless you can give me a veeeeeerrrry good flaw as to why you should keep the auto-kill, people and living things with flowing chakra are safe. Damage is still damage, but disintegrating people (unless they are dead I.e. no chakra flow) is a no go.
