Here on NW we like to think that anything is approve-able with the proper nerfing. So instead of making a banned list, we have a list of Jutsu and abilities that are typically viewed as OP/Banned on most sites and offer a chance for you the creator to make it more reasonable. This comes with heavier moderation, but if someone feels they can make these awesome ability and jutsu approve-able why not give them the chance, no? This list will constantly be updated so make sure you check here frequently if such things interest you. And remember, anything worth having is never easy to obtain. If you can't meet the requirements, well, there are always other ability and jutsu from.
